Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided in your portal and drop the package off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our studio team verifies the condition of your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
